What we collect
When you use the contact form we receive your name, email address and message, and optionally your company and phone number. We do not use analytics or advertising trackers on this website.
Why and on what basis
We use your details only to answer your enquiry and to follow up on it. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to requests (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)), or steps prior to entering into a contract at your request (Art. 6(1)(b)).
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle them and are deleted no later than 24 months after the last contact, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.
Who processes the data
The website and form data are hosted on servers operated by Grønnexus. The site is delivered through Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as IP addresses to protect and deliver the site. Notification emails are handled by our email provider.
Your rights
You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, object to the processing, or ask for restriction or data portability, by contacting [email protected]. You may also complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet).
